These certifications must be completed before you can begin servicing calls and may be unpaid, depending on the client.

Yes. As an independent contractor, you can set your own schedule, with a minimum requirement of 15 hours per week.

Pay rates vary depending on the client you choose to service, typically ranging between $11.00 and $15.00 per hour. At Kingdom inQ Virtual Solutions, we value transparency — you are paid the full rate offered by the client, with any applicable fees or deductions clearly outlined in advance. Your earnings are directly tied to the time you commit, so the more you work, the more you can earn.

No. As an independent contractor, you will not receive traditional employee benefits such as paid training, medical, dental, vision, PTO, workers’ compensation, or vacation. Instead, you have the freedom to choose your own opportunities and manage your own schedule.

No. Taxes are not withheld. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for managing your own tax obligations and business expenses. While we are not tax professionals and do not provide legal or financial advice, many partners choose to consult with a tax professional to stay organized and compliant.

Depending on the opportunity, your pay may include the following standard deductions:

• 5% Platform Usage Fee – calculated from your gross hourly earnings, this supports access to the client platform and its systems.

• $35 Administrative Support Fee (per pay period) – covers the tools, resources, and backend support we provide to help you work effectively as an independent contractor.

Some opportunities may not include any deductions at all, but when fees do apply, they are always disclosed upfront. Unlike traditional jobs where employees cover hidden costs like commuting, meals, and uniforms, these fees reflect the business investments that come with building your own independent contracting career.
